An investment partner is sought for a hotel in Gezira town,
West Bank, Luxor.
Location: in a calm area in Gezira town, a few minutes from
the main street. It is an excellent starting point for the
attractions on the West Bank and only few minutes from the
ferry to Luxor.
An investment project for a hotel with 29 rooms, distributed
in 2 buildings with 10 and 19 rooms respectively.
A nice atrium garden, and possibly a swimming pool, will be
established between the buildings.
On the ground floor in one building a bar and a reception
desk will be established, while in the second building a restaurant
will be established on the ground floor.
All rooms have bath and balcony.
Some rooms are finished, the remaining are at different
stages of completion.
Both buildings will have a roof terrace with a cafe. From
the roof terrace there will be a splendid view over all of
the West Bank with the mountains and the Nile in the
